Who’s Gonna Take Home The Hardware

The 2018 CMT Music Awards nominations were announced on Tuesday, with Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line and Jason Aldean leading the pack with four nods apiece. They each received a nomination in the Video of the Year category, as Underwood’s Ludacris collaboration “The Champion” was also nominated for Female Video of the Year, while Aldean’s “You Make It Easy” also received a nod for Male Video of the Year. Meanwhile, FGL is up for Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year for their Bebe Rexha hit “Meant to Be,” while their clip for “Smooth” is up for Duo Video of the Year.

Other acts up for Video of the Year include Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Brothers Osborne, Dan + Shay, Luke Combs, Kelsea Ballerini, and Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton. The CMT Music Awards will air live from Nashville on June 6 with Little Big Town as host.
