Having graduated from Queen Elizabeth High School in Halifax, I always knew that not only did Thanksgiving weekend mean shoving endless amounts of food into my face, it also meant THE TURKEY BOWL! It was a football game played between the two rival high schools that were across the street from one another, QEH & St. Pat’s. Whether you were sitting in the bleachers cheering on your friends or on the field playing with your friends, it was an opportunity for the two schools to come together and do something fun! 2017 marks 10 years since the two schools had a Turkey Bowl and QEH alumni/event producer Harrison Diamond wants to change that! This Saturday alumni from QEH & St. Pat’s will come together at the SMU stadium to face off in the Turkey Bowl Resurrection touch-football game, the most anticipated high school reunion EVER! This week Harrison joined us in studio to talk about the event:

See y’all at the game!
