Starting Tuesday, McDonald’s will introduce a fish ‘n chips meal to Atlantic Canadian restaurants.
Get your fix until August 20th as McD’s is looking to cash in on one of Eastern Canada’s most beloved dishes.
A two-piece serving of battered Atlantic haddock will be served with McDonald’s fries and a special tartar dipping sauce. It’s the first time McDonald’s has offered fish and chips on a wide scale in the region.
They estimate it will use about 32,000 pounds of haddock, which will be caught from the waters off Nova Scotia supplied by High Liner Foods out of Lunenburg.
