It’s an honest love of music that has led Marco Sylver to where he is today. From the playpen being sung to sleep by his parents flash forward to 2016 when he opened Beach Blast in New Brunswick where Florida Georgia Line headlined, Sylver is making a name for himself.
Throughout his youth, his love of bluegrass music and singing at family functions led him to fronting a bluegrass band for six years. Together they released two albums and toured across Quebec and the Maritimes. After taking a break from music, the oil industry lead him out west to Alberta where he began playing music again. Opportunities began popping up and he landed opening slots for the likes of Travis Tritt and the Charlie Daniels Band.
His smoky, rich tone placed him in the Top Six at the Calgary Stampede Nashville North Star competition. Marco is currently living in Calgary, surrounded by one of Canada’s largest country music scenes as he readies his debut single to Canadian country radio due out in 2017.
