The Leafs Paid Tribute To Doc Halladay

The day after legendary Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Roy Halladay died in a plane crash, the Toronto Maple Leafs put together a video to honor the career and life of the man who was revered in Canada.

For a generation of sports fans that grew up in Toronto, Halladay was the epitome of dominance. The sports world was collectively stunned by his death, which came following a plane crash over the Gulf of Mexico on Tuesday.

Halladay began his major league career in Toronto in 1998 and stayed north of the border for over a decade. He won the 2003 American League Cy Young as a member of the Blue Jays.
