Where in the world is Kaylz?!
Hey ya’ll! I bet you’re wondering where Kaylz is. Well, she’s in Ontario for vacation, but she’ll be back next weekend!
Friday night, I hit up Kevin Davison at the King’s Arm Pub in Kentville. It’s Appleblossom, baby! You may know Kevin from his song When The Sirens Are Gone, that he “wrote along with Doug Folkins honouring all First Responders and the painful reality of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder”. The video has over 26 thousand views! Check it out below.
Despite the cold, his very loyal and dedicated fans were out in full force! By the second song, he had almost everyone up dancing. Kevin puts a country twist on many classics like Last Kiss by Pearl Jam and Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. He was backed by his band: Jeff on lead guitar, John D. on bass, and John J. on drums. It was a great time! Be sure to keep an eye out for his upcoming shows – disappointed won’t be in your vocabulary after his show!
We’ll be seeing Kevin again on July 2nd at Canaan Country Music Festival! He’s opening the main stage for Jason Benoit, Wes Mack, Jess Moskaluke, and Brett Kissel. How cool is that?! The only thing cooler is GEORGE CANYON hosting the show!
Want to keep up to date with Kevin? Here’s all his social media!
Tell me who YOU are most excited to see at CCMF!
See ya soon,
