A 28 year old woman from Colchester County has died after a car accident on Sunday night. Her vehicle rolled over on Highway 6 near Tatamagouche. The investigation is ongoing.

The man who drowned on July 8th at Chocolate Lake has been identified as 28 year old Connor O’Callaghan. He was originally from P.E.I. but had been living in Toronto and was in visiting Halifax at the time. He was swimming with a friend when he went under and never resurfaced.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will continue his Nova Scotia tour today. Trudeau will announce $90 million in funding for twinning part of Highway 104. He will visit East Pictou Middle School & St. FX.
