Two men & Two women from Dartmouth, all related to one another, are facing human trafficking charges. Police began investigating a man last month who had forced two women, ages 21 & 22, into prostitution. 25 year old Justin Gray, 26 year old Leslie Gray, 27 year old Laura Gray & 58 year old Robin Gray have all been charged.
Nova Scotia musician and lead singer of the legendary ’60s band “The Lincolns”, Frank MacKay, has passed away. The New Glasgow born performer died Wednesday following surgery. Besides singing with The Lincolns, MacKay also performed as a solo artist and did various acting work as well.

The provincial government has introduced two bills aimed at short term rentals on Nova Scotians who use Airbnb or VRBO. The province says although the 2 bills have been introduced it’ll take almost a year to finalize the details. One of the bills ensures any small scale residential tourist accommodation is assessed for property taxes at a residential rate rather than a business rate.
