A Halifax Regional Police officer has been charged with voyeurism, trespassing at night and breach of trust. Constable George Farmer was arrested yesterday and released with conditions. The alleged incidents happened while the officer was on duty in November in Bedford.

More details were released in Nova Scotia Supreme Court yesterday at the murder trial for Christopher Garnier. In his police interrogation video Garnier told police he watched Catherine Campbell take her final breath on the same night her body was placed near the MacDonald Bridge. 30 year old Garnier is also charged with interfering with human remains and has pleaded not guilty.

Eight lucky co-workers in Dartmouth will share $1 million after winning the lottery last week. The co-workers have been buying lotto 649 tickets since 2005. Christopher Mauger, who bought the ticket, went to a gas station in Dartmouth last week to have it checked and the clerk told him he needed to call Atlantic Lottery right away!
