A 57 year old man has died after a crash on highway 102 yesterday morning. Shortly after 7AM a tractor-trailer left the road and entered a ditch. The driver was unconscious when police arrived. He died later in hospital.

Three people have been charged with drugs and weapons offences after a search at a home in Cole Harbour. Police arrested a 35 year old male Hells Angels member and two women aged 33 and 28. All are from Cole Harbour and are due for court on August 30th.

Two geese at Sullivan’s Pond in Dartmouth have died after being hit by a car last night. A man was driving on Prince Albert Road when the geese were crossing the street. Police say the man did not see the geese until it was too late. No charges have been made.
