A fire went through several homes in Clayton Park last night. The fire started around 6:00 and spread through 4 attached condo’s just off Parkland Drive. 29 firefighters responded to the scene and got the fire under control by 8:30. No one was injured.

A driver has been given a hefty fine after he was caught driving at 106 km/h on Barrington Street. The 72 year old driver was caught going 56 kilometres above the posted limit on Friday afternoon. The man faces a fine over $2400.00.

The Crown is recommending probation for 6 male teenagers from Bridgewater who collected & shared intimate images of their female classmates. The case is one of the largest in Canada involving youth under a relatively new law designed to combat the non-consensual sharing of intimate images. Sentencing was expected to happen yesterday but has been adjourned until September 6th.
