25 year old Christian Clyke of Halifax is facing a charge of second-degree murder in the death of Angela Hall. In April 2011 police got a call about an injured person at an apartment building on Primrose Street in Dartmouth. The victim was found stabbed in a hallway. She died in hospital.

Police have arrested a Halifax man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. RCMP received a complaint early Monday about a possible impaired driver on Highway 103. 51 year old Paul Lucas was located and arrested. Correctional Services Canada wanted him for violating his parole.

There’s been another massive recall of flour due to possible E. coli contamination. Flour can be tainted if grain growing in fields comes into contact with E. coli bacteria from soil, water or animal waste. However Health Canada says baking or cooking will kill any bacteria that may be present so to avoid eating any raw cookie dough or batter.
